摘要
正如我国在社会主义市场经济条件下,这个特定的社会转型是一个复杂的历史进程,我国政府的体育职能改革也将是一个历史的过程;又由于社会转型期中的不确定因素较多,政府的体育职能改革因此也讲究改革策略。近期策略是:(1)充分发挥举国体制优势,办好2008年北京奥运会,(2)有序地改革有关体育的政府职能;中期策略是:(1)管办分离,(2)培育和发展体育中介组织和体育经纪人,(3)依托市场多元化和谐发展体育;远期策略主要是:为体育市场化做好服务。
rt function will be a complicated historic course as well as our social transformation. And because more uncertainties exist in the social transformation period, the government has to pay special attention to the strategy for transformation of government sport function as weft. Strategies in the near future are as follows： （1） to exert the advantage of the whole nation system adequately in order to host the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games successfully. （2 ） to transform government function on sport orderly. Strategies in intermediate-term are as follows： （1） to sepa- rate regulation from operation. （2 ） to train and develop intermediary organization and sports broker. （3） to depend on market diversification to develop sport harmoniously. Strategies in the long future are as follows ：to serve for the sports marketization.
