摘要
参数化设计方法作为一种全新的设计方法现已广泛用于工业界。充分运用Pro/E软件的参数化技术,实现渐开线角变位斜齿轮的三维参数化建模。依据渐开线生成的基本原理和理论公式,在方程编辑器中输入渐开线的笛卡尔坐标方程,从而生成精确的齿轮轮廓渐开线;根据角变位斜齿轮各参数的计算公式,精确创建了齿廓曲线;利用扫描混合和阵列命令创建斜齿轮的轮齿特征。参数化设计为齿轮的装配和模拟仿真提供了基础,使机械产品的CAD/CAE/CAM成为可能。
Parametric design, as an entirely new method of design, has been introduced abroad by industry. Fully use the function of Pro/E parametric technology to achieve the three-dimensional parameterized modeling of involute helical gear with displacement angle. Based on the involute's basic principles and theoretical formulas, input the involute's formulas of cartesian coordinates into the equation editor,accordingly create the precise involute of gear's contour. Based on the formula of helical gear's parameters, accurately create a curve of tooth profile. Create the chraceristics of helical gear by ordering of swept blend and array. Parametric design provides the basic for the gears assembled and simulated, to make sure the CAD/CAE/CAM of mechanical products become possible.
