摘要
在对双卧轴搅拌机拌臂排列形式理论分析的基础上,首次提出在加快物料大循环频次的同时,增强小循环作用强度来完善搅拌过程的新思路,并进行了试验研究。得出以下结论:比较完善的搅拌过程,物料的位移必须由良好配合的轴向大循环运动和轴间小循环运动来共同完成;逆流相位差应大于单轴相位角;推荐拌臂布置形式采用正正交错排列和正正平行非连续排列。
Based on theory analysis of mixing arms arrangement about twin-shaft mixer, a new idea of improving mixing performance is proposed, which is accelerating axial circulation along the shafts and strengthening adverse circulations among the two shafts. Test research results indicate that perfect mixing performance of concrete should be accomplished by proper cooperation of axial circulation and adverse circulation. Phase angle of adverse circulation should be larger than that of mixing arm on the single shaft. Mixing arms with doublepositive-inerlaced and double-positive-parallel dissuccessive arrangements are recommended.
