摘要
在分析科技产业集群持续创新系统要素结构的基础上,构建出科技产业集群持续创新能力评价体系。选取衡量集群区域持续创新能力的22个原始指标,运用因子分析模型,对青岛经济技术开发区的持续创新能力进行综合评价和实证研究,以此探讨集群持续创新的内在发展规律,为科技产业集群的发展提供政策依据。结论:运用因子分析模型所归类的持续创新水平因子、持续创新效率因子和持续创新效益因子拟合科技产业集群持续创新能力评价体系具有一致性和代表性。
With the S&T industrial cluster being an important force in international competition, the level of innovation and development for cluster region is measured by the ability to continuously innovation of S&T industrial cluster. According this trend, based on the analysis of the structure of constant innovation system for S&T industrial cluster, we constructed the evaluation system of S&T industrial cluster constant innovation, selected 22 original indexes, which can measure the ability to constantly innovate, and used factor analysis model to conduct a comprehensive evaluation to sustained innovation capability of Qingdao economic and technical development zone. Therefore, we can explore internal development rules for S&T industrial cluster constant innovation and provide policy grounds for the development of S&T industrial cluster. The conclusion is as follows, the three constant innovation factors by using factor analysis model classified are consistent with the evaluation system of the constant innovation ability of S&T industrial cluster.
