摘要
近年来,随着我国教育事业的蓬勃发展,社会对教师知识、能力结构不断提出了更高的要求,关于教师继续教育的论题也受到了越来越多的关注,涌现出了大量的相关研究成果。针对我省高校体育教师的继续教育行为动机进行了调查分析,并据此提出了相应的建议。
With the booming of education in our country in recent years, it demands higher level on teachers＇ knowledge and structure of capability constantly, Consequently, more and more attention has been paid for subject about teachers＇ continuing education, and a lot of achievements of relative researches emerged. We undertook a comprehensive diagnosis of college physical education teachers＇ concept of continuing education and behavioral motive in our province, and hereby set forward corresponding suggestions.
