摘要
尝试在不同条件下用高温法一步直接制备了锂离子筛前驱体Li1+xMn2-xO4,并对产物进行了性能表征。将原料按一定配比混合均匀后,在马弗炉中焙烧至一定温度,并保温一定时间得到烧结产物。经XRD表征其晶型均为立方尖晶石型。通过实验,确定了Li1+xMn2-xO4可以用直接烧结法制备,制备的最佳条件为:烧结温度600℃,烧结时间24 h。经表征,制得的离子筛对锂离子有特异吸附性,其中最大吸附容量达25.4 mg/g,具有一定的应用价值。
A series of spinel - type lithium ion - sieve precursors Li1+x Mn2-xO4 were synthesized by high - temperature method under different conditions. And then the properties of products were characterized. After mixing equably by a certain mixture ratio, the raw materials were calcined in muffle furnace to a specific temperature and maintained it some times to get the sinter. All the products possessed a cubic spinel structure identified by XRD. It proved that Li1+xMn2-xO4 can be prepared by direct sintering method and the best synthetic conditions were confirmed, i. e. 600 ℃ for sintering temperature and 24 h for sintering time. The products had specific adsorption for lithium ion and reached a maximum absorption capacity of 25.4 mg/g through characterization.
