摘要
以对羟基苯甲酸和乙醇为主要原料,甲磺酸为催化剂,采用在反应体系中加入原甲酸三乙酯加热回流的脱水方法合成尼泊金乙酯,通过高效液相色谱跟踪反应进程,考察诸因素对产物转化率的影响。实验结果显示:原甲酸三乙酯脱水法与传统方法比较能提高目标产物转化率,减少反应时间;合成反应中最佳原料配比为乙醇∶对羟基苯甲酸=3∶1(摩尔比),最佳反应时间为4h。
Ethyl-p-Hydroxybenzoates were synthesized with p-hydroxybenzoic acid and ethyl alcohol as mw material and methanesulfonic acid as catcatalyzator by triethyl orthoformate dehydration. The effects of various factors on the conversion of ethylester were investigated by High Performance Liquid Chromatograpty detecting reaction progress. The results show that the conversion of dehydrating by Triethyl Orthoformate is higher than 4A molecular sieve or calcium oxide while the reaction time is less. The influences of reaction time and the ratio of ethyl alcohol to p-hydroxybenzoic acid on conversion are predominant and the optimal reaction conditions are that reaction time is 4 hours and the morel ratio of alcohol to acid is 3:1.
