摘要
建设社会主义新农村是一项系统工程和历史任务,农林高校肩负着神圣的历史使命。首先,农林高校在新农村建设背景下具有服务"三农"的历史使命,其次,从指导思想、办学方针、办学方向和宏观规划四个方面进行了阐述,最后,提出了人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、发挥资源优势和构建沟通交流平台等五条农林院校服务新农村建设的具体途径。初步探明了农林院校服务新农村建设的具体途径,对于促进农林高校教育改革、扎实推进新农村建设有着重要意义。
Constructing brand-new socialist countryside is a systematic project as well as a long-term historical task; this sacred historical mission is shouldered by Agricultural and Forestry University. This thesis mainly firstly explores the historical task of Agricultural and Forestry University under the background of brand-new socialist countryside construction. Then it makes a expounding and proving in guiding thought, school police, running direction and macro planning tactic thoughts. At last, it puts out five gateways such as training, scientific searching, society service, cultivating school resources and constructing information exchange platform, which are the specific gateway of Agricultural and Forestry University servicing brand-new countryside construction. These would have a profound meaning for quickening the step for education reform in Agricultural and Forestry University, and advancing step in brand-new countryside construction.
