摘要
研究了DA718合金在680℃长期时效至3000hγ″强化相的演变规律及微量元素磷的影响。结果表明;时效过程中盘状γ″相沿半径方向线性长大,沿厚度方向按抛物线规律长大;磷降低铌原子在基体中的扩散系数,因此阻碍γ″相粗化。同时研究了磷对DA718合金在680℃长期时效后力学性能的影响。结果表明,磷对合金室温硬度及拉伸性能影响不大,但能显著提高合金的抗蠕变性能。
The growth behavior has been investigated for the γ″ phase in DA 718 alloy aged at 680℃ for 3000 h and the effect of phosphorus on the coarsening behavior has been revealed as well. Results show that the γ″ phase grows linearly along the radius direction and by a parabolic curve along the thick direction. Addition of phosphorus impedes the growth of γ″ phase, maybe due to the decrease of diffusion coefficient of the niobium in the matrix. In the mean time, the effect of phosphorus on the mechanical properties of the aged DA 718 alloys has been investigated. Results show that the phosphorus slightly influences the room temperature hardness and tensile properties, but markedly improves the creep property.
