摘要
铍青铜的热处理工艺参数在一般的热处理手册上都有介绍,但这些参数对薄壁复杂零件不太适用。薄壁件的晶粒度对热处理参数非常敏感,晶粒度的大小直接影响材料淬火后的塑性和时效后的硬度。通过对生产中薄壁复杂成形铍青铜弹簧卡片断裂件的检测,分析了该零件的断裂原因,并制定出多种热处理试验参数,检验相应的金相和晶粒度,摸索出最佳工艺参数,优化了产品工艺,确保了生产质量。
The heat treating parameter of beryllium bronze is introduced in many heat treating hand book,but it may be not fit for thin wall complex part.The grain size is very sensitive to heat treating technology parameter, it directly effects the plastic nature after quenching and hardness affter seasoning.This paper researches the break reason of beryllium bronze thin parameter, ensure the product quality.
