摘要
研究了从钝顶螺旋藻中提取藻蓝蛋白的方法，用一定浓度的阴离子表面活性剂水溶液处理，得到的藻蓝蛋白纯度最高，一次提取藻蓝蛋白的提取率达到９８％。
Of methods of extraction of phycocyanin from cyanobacterium spirulina,treatment with anion surfactant of certain concentration affords good yield of high specific content.98% recovery is available.
