摘要
随着网络化、信息化的逐渐普及,虚拟咨询正逐步成为一种必然的咨询模式。文章对广州高校多校区统计及高校实际教学工作进行了分析,借鉴虚拟咨询的现代管理方法,对多校区高校教务管理工作提出了改进办法,提高教务管理的工作质量和工作效率。
With the development of network and the increasing popularity of information technology, Virtual reference service （VRS） is becoming a necessary consulting mode. In this paper, the author analyzed university of multi-campus in Guangzhou and their actual teaching affairs management. In view of modem management method of VRS, the paper puts forward practical measure for improvement in the teaching affairs management for multi-cam pus universities.
