间歇低氧运动对肥胖大鼠体成分的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨间歇低氧运动对营养性肥胖SD大鼠体成分的影响,以期为减肥健身提供新的思路。方法:通过建立营养性肥胖大鼠模型进行试验观察。结果:4周间歇低氧运动后,常氧运动组和间歇低氧运动组肥胖SD大鼠体重、体脂百分比和Lee’s指数均降低,且间歇低氧运动组比常氧运动组变化更明显。间歇低氧运动组肥胖SD大鼠骨骼肌只是绝对重量下降,而骨骼肌与体重的相对比值保持不变或升高。结论:间歇低氧运动可抑制营养性肥胖SD大鼠食欲,加快骨骼肌和脂肪组织中的脂肪动员和分解,进而达到减体重、降体脂的效果,并且比单纯的运动效果更明显。 Objective : The purpose of the present study is to investigate the effect of the intermittent hypoxia body composition of the diet - induced obese rats in order to provide new ideas for rats which were established by body fat and Lee ' s index of feeding and exercise on The obese-model high fat forage exercise in intermittent hypoxia. Result : 1 ) The weight, percentage of aerobic exercise with normoxia group and regular aerobic exercise with intermittent hypoxia group were significantly lower than that of the non - exercise with normoxia group. And the regular aerobic exercise with hypoxia group is lower than muscle of obese rats in remained unchanged can inhibit appetite regular regular aerobic exercise or increased. Conclusion: of diet - induced obese rats aerobic exercise with intermittent normoxia group. 2)The absolute weight of with intermittent hypoxia group decreased, while the ratio of muscle to weight 1) Intermittent hypoxia exercise, which is more effective than only exercise, and accelerate the mobilization and decomposition of fat in body, which result in weight and body fat lost.
