C反应蛋白与颈动脉内膜中层厚度的检测在老年2型糖尿病中的临床应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨老年2型糖尿病者(T2DM)C反应蛋白(CRP)与DM颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)的相关性。方法对52例老年T2DM患者及40例老年健康对照组分别测定CRP与IMT。结果T2DM组CRP及IMT明显高于对照组(P<0·05),相关性分析显示:CRP、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均与IMT呈正相关,T2DM组有IMT增厚者CRP较无IMT增厚者升高。结论老年T2DM者CRP高于健康对照组,CRP与IMT呈明显正相关,CRP是反映DM动脉粥样硬化(AS)的敏感指标,检测CRP与IMT对及早发现DM大血管病变有重要的临床意义。
