激光治疗对皮肤的损伤及护理 被引量：34

Skin injury in laser treatment and its care

摘要 随着医学激光技术的发展,波长控制更准确、选择性更高的新型激光不断涌现,其在皮肤美容领域得到广泛应用,对过去许多难治性的损容性疾病,如太田痣、血管瘤、雀斑等均显示了很好的治疗作用。虽然目前所应用的新型激光具有安全性高、创伤性小、出血少、痛苦少等优点,但在治疗过程中会不同程度地破坏皮肤正常结构和功能,激光术后皮肤会变得干燥、脱屑、敏感,并出现不同程度红肿,甚至渗血、感染、色素沉着、瘢痕等。因此,了解激光术如何破坏正常皮肤结构,以及激光术后如何加强皮肤护理,使激光治疗达到最理想效果是非常必要的。
