摘要
面对日益增长的信息量,数字化、网络化是发挥信息资源的整体效能,最大限度地满足用户对信息需求的解决方案。文章在分析全国农业资源区划资料库专业性特点的基础上,系统阐述了全国农业资源区划资料数字化及共建共享的主要内容,得出应突出特色,采取合作开发利用信息资源的方式,以保护信息资源为出发点,促进资源的充分有效利用为目的4点结论。
Facing with more and more information, digital and network is the best way to play an important role in the integrated efficiency of information resource and to meet the user＇s demand as much as possible. The article described in detail the main contents of the digital ＆ mutual construction and sharing for national agricultural resources and regional planning information on the basis of analyzing the special characters of its data bank, and then came to the conclusion that the maximum efficiency of information resource will be reached by means of joint developing, sharing and protecting, as well as highlighting its features.
