摘要
试验以霉变饲料中提取的混合霉菌和黄曲霉、烟曲霉、枯青霉、岛青霉、串珠镰刀菌、禾谷镰刀菌为研究菌种,采用最低抑菌浓度法得出脱氢醋酸钠的最低抑菌浓度,对饲料中混合霉菌的为70mg/kg,对黄曲霉、烟曲霉的为70mg/kg,对枯青霉、岛青霉、串珠镰刀菌、禾谷镰刀菌的为80mg/kg;经121℃高温处理30min后,最低抑菌浓度为70mg/kg;pH值为5.5时脱氢醋酸钠的最低抑菌浓度为80mg/kg,pH值为7.0时脱氢醋酸钠的最低抑菌浓度为130mg/kg,pH值为7.5时脱氢醋酸钠的最低抑菌浓度为140mg/kg。结果表明,当培养基呈弱碱性时,其浓度达到140mg/kg才具有抑菌能力。
Taking mixed mould fungus as well as aspergillus flavus, aspergillus fumigatus, penieillium eurinum thom, penieillium islandicum, fusarium momiliforme and fusarium graminearum as strains to be researched, and using a method of the lowest baeteriostasis concentration, the results have obtained as follows: the lowest bacteriostasis concentration for mixed mould fungus in feeds was 70 mg/kg, for aspergillus flavus and aspergillus fumigatus was 70 mg/kg, for penieillium curinum thorn, penicillium islandicum, fusarium momiliforme and fusarium graminearum was 80 mg/kg, the lowest bacteriostasis concentration was 70 mg/kg after treatment under a high temperature of 121℃ for 30 min; the lowest baeteriostasis concentration of dehydrogenated sodium acetate was 80 mg/kg when pH value was 5.5, 130 mg/kg when pH value was 7.0 and 140 mg/kg when pH value was 7.5. The results indicated that only the concentration of 140 mg/kg had a baeteriostasis ability when the culture medium was a slight alkaline.
