摘要
[目的]研究中西医结合治疗糖尿病肝功能异常的疗效。[方法]对27例糖尿病肝功能异常患者,采用中药一贯煎联合门冬胰岛素、熊去氧胆酸等西医治疗,观察其症状、肝功能、血糖、B超等指标的变化。[结果]27例患者中显效14例,好转12例,无效1例,总有效率为96.3%。[结论]中西医结合治疗糖尿病肝功能异常具有良好的疗效。
[Objective] To study the cure effect of combination of TCM and WM treating abnormal liver function of diabetes, [Method] Administer TCM Yiguanjian together with WM asparaginyl insulin and ursodeoxycholic acid to 27 cases, observe their symptoms, liver function, blood glucose, B ultrasonic indexes. [Result] 14 had marked effect, 12 were better, 1 had no effect; total effective rate 96.3%. [Conclusion] Combination of TCM and WM has good cure effect on abnormal liver function of diabetes;
