摘要
生态型政府是当代政府在人对自然的异化,以及自然对人类"反异化"的尖锐矛盾中催发的,为保护自然生态而自觉进行创新与发展的新范式。作为自然的保护者与生态治理的责任主体,政府之于自然的责任态度和协调状态对于人与自然之间"自然性和谐"关系的达成起着主导性的引领作用。基于学者们的研究成果,从提出、意旨与价值三个维度对生态型政府加以解读,对于反思政府关于自然保护的责任设定,探寻化解生态危机、重构人与自然和谐的有效路径,具有科学的实践指向性和鲜明的理论创新性。
The relationship between the government and nature is a deepening reflection of that between the nature and mankind. As a governance authority, the government is the protector of nature and responsible for natural governance. Eeo-oriented government is a new idea taken by the government to adapt to natural changes and new goals, which came into being because of the eonflietion between mankind and nature. It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to strengthen the interpretation of the eeo-oriented government and its related theory based on the study results of professors from three dimensiors： Creation intention and signif：eanee.
