摘要
以磷酸和异辛醇为原料,在自制活性三氧化二铝催化剂条件下经酯化、水洗、干燥、减压蒸馏,最终获得产品磷酸三异辛酯。通过改变原料的醇酸摩尔比、催化剂对收率的影响进行研究。结果表明:随着原料的醇酸摩尔比的增大,产物收率逐渐增大,到3.3时趋于稳定;使用Al2O3作催化剂Na2SO4为助催化剂比单独使用Al2O3作催化剂,所得产物收率较高。
Using phosphoric acid and isooctanol as raw meterials, under the self- made activated aluminum oxide catalyst, tri - isooctanol phosphate was prepared by esterification, washing, drying and vacuum distillation. The results showed that: with the ratio of alcohol to acid increases, the yield of products increases, when this ratio reachs 3.3, the yield increases indistinctively. Using Al2O3 as catalyst and Na2SO4 as cocatalyst, the yield is higher than that without Na2SO4.
