摘要
热力系统中,汽轮机轴封系统对机组运行的安全和经济性具有十分重要的意义。以矩阵为数学基础,推导出了轴封系统的通用计算模型。在利用通用模型进行分析时,针对汽轮机轴封系统本身的特点,将轴封渗漏及其利用系统划分成轴封供汽和轴封回汽系统两部分,从而将辅助汽流按部位进行了归类。该方法采用矩阵形式表示,计算模型与热力系统结构之间一一对应。应用表明,该种分析思路更加清晰,并具有计算简洁、通用性强等优点,尤其适用于计算机编程。
In thermal system, shaft seal system of steam turbine has significant purpose to security and economy. Based on matrix, the general model of shaft seal system can be got. Considering the feature of shaft seal system of turbine, it was divided into two parts which are steam supply system and return steam system when using the model to analyze. According to that, the steam auxiliary system can be classified by the location where the steam flows out, The method showed by matrix, so the model is corresponding to the structure of thermal system. The application indicates that the analysis proposed is more distinct, and it possesses a series of advantages, such as simplicity and universality in use. What is more, it is especially suitable for computer programming.
