摘要
目的探讨无创性测量大鼠血压的方法。方法利用BESN-II多通道动物系统对大鼠进行血压测量,并与直接颈动脉插管测压法进行数值及其他相关因素的比较。结果两种测压方法在数值上没有显著性差异,但尾动脉无创测压法更为简便。结论该方法测量大鼠血压简便、准确、高效、稳定性好、灵敏度高,适合于长期动态观察的研究项目。
Objective To establish an effective way to measure blood pressure on rats for experimental study. Methods The arteria caudilis uninjured method was utilized by BESN-II many approach system for measuring blood pressure, and compared its value and relative factors with direct insertion carotid artery cannula on rats. Results Significant difference had not been found in value between arteria caudilis and direct insertion carotid artery cannula for measure blood pressure, but the former is more convenient than the latter. Conclusions The arteria caudilis uninjured method is high effective, simple to operate, high sensitivity, accurate and stable. It is especially suitable for long-term or dynamic study.
