摘要 针对机械式精密排种器存在不同程度的漏排问题,设计了带有自动补种装置的精密排种器。利用光电传感器监测主排种器充种情况,当主排种器充种窝眼出现漏充种现象时。测控系统检测到信号并控制副排种器在恰当的时间排种,以确保补种位置准确。室内台架试验表明,补种成功率为91.01%-92.07%,总漏排种率降到0.6%-1.3%,所补排种子与其他种子之间粒距合格指数可达91.25%,实现了准确有效补种功能。 Aimed at the seeding absence, a precision metering device assembled with automatic compensation seeding system was developed. A monitoring and controlling system was made to detect and compensate the absence seeding. As soon as the seed cell of the main meter is empty, the sensor will send a signal to single-chip-computer and the assistant meter will start to work for compensation at the right time. The results in the laboratory show that the system can work reliably, the compensation rate is more than 91%, the final absent seeding rate is less than 1.3%, and the placing precision rate of compensative seeds can reach 91.25%.
