摘要
良好的心理素质将是21世纪的大学生走向成功的通行证,身心的健康、人格的健全,将是他们走向社会的重要条件。本文针对当前大学生的心理健康中存在的问题,通过文献资料、实验法、对比法,在大学体育的教学中,有针对性的进行教学,对此进行了详细的调查与访谈。结果表明:在体育教学中,可根据运动项目的特点、采用有效的教学方法及手段针对大学生心理健康存在的问题进行体育教育,不仅增强了学生体质,而且大学生心理健康得到很好的改善,让学生们真正感受到体育带给他们的快乐。
Good mental quality is the passport of college student making success in the 21st century. Physical and mental health, good personality is the important condition of their stepping into society. Based on existing problem of current college student' s mental health, and using the method of literature, experiment and comparison, this paper makes detailed investigation on it. The result shows' that in physical education teaching, we can adopt the effective teaching method to solve the problems of college student' s mental health. It can not only promote their physical fitness, but also improve their mental health, and enjoy the happy life brought by sport.
