摘要
目的采取"对症用药、辅助心理指导和社区随访追踪治疗"的综合治疗方法治疗颅脑外伤后综合征患者并观察其疗效。方法180例确诊的颅脑外伤后综合征患者,随机分为普通治疗组和综合治疗组,前者采用对症用药以及简单的病情解释,后者采取对症用药、辅助心理指导和社区随访追踪治疗。结果颅脑外伤后综合征患者在治疗过程中均存在不同的心理问题。普通治疗组和综合治疗组的治疗结果比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论"对症用药、辅助心理指导和社区随访追踪治疗"的治疗策略为治疗颅脑外伤后综合征患者的好方法。
[Objective] To study the efficacy of comprised use of drug therapy, typical psychological treatment and community followed-up treatment of post-concussion syndrome. [Methods] One hundred and eighty patients diagnosed as post-concussion syndrome were divided randomly into a general therapy group and synthetic therapy group. The general group accepted drug therapy and simple case explained, and the synthetic therapy group accept- ed drug therapy, typical psychological treatment and community followed-up treatment. [Results] All of the patients have the diversity of psychological problems, and there was manifest difference in therapeutic effect between the two groups. [Conclusion] The tactics of drug therapy, typical psychological treatment and community followed-up treatment is a good method for the patients of post-concussion syndrome.
