摘要
本文以四川电网近几年运行实际统计，分析阐明随着国民经济和社会发展，人民生活的不断改善，必然带来电网负荷率逐渐降低、峰谷差越来越大的客观规律性，只有建设机动灵活的抽水蓄能电站，才能充分利用水能资源，提高电网供电可靠性，从而获得电网和社会巨大的效益。
According to actual statistics for recent operation of Sichuan Power network,this paper analyses and states the objective law that load ratio in network decreases gradually and difference of peak and valley loads increase with the increase of national economy development of society and improvement of people's living standards Hydropower potential can be fully utilized and reliability of network power supply can be improved by constructing pumlped storage hydroplant. Therefore,great benifit will be gained by network.
