摘要
目的了解广东省公立医院医疗纠纷急剧增长的原因,探讨医疗纠纷的防范化解对策。方法以定性研究的方法与广东省18所二级以上公立医院的医务人员就引起医疗纠纷快速增长的原因和医疗纠纷防范化解对策等问题进行专题小组访谈。结果社会整体信任度下降,法制和医疗卫生体制不健全,社会舆论导向出现偏差;医疗机构自身管理存在缺陷,医务人员服务过程存在过失;患者对医疗结果期望值过高和维权意识不断增强是广东省公立医院医疗纠纷快速增长的主要原因结论广东省公立医院医疗纠纷的快速增长有着深刻而复杂的原因,我们应采取综合措施,标本兼治,把医疗纠纷的发生水平和不良影响降至最低。
Objective To understand the reasons of the rapid growth of medical disputes in Guangdong public hospitals,and explore strategies for the prevention and solution. Methods Panel discussions with medical staffs from 18 tertiary and secondary public hospitals in Guangdong Province. Results The overall decline of the social trust,the distemperedness of the legal and medical system,the misleading of the Social Public Opinion;the faults of medical institution management and medical service;and the patient＇s high expectations of medical outcome and the increasing consciousness of self-protection are main reasons of the rapid growth of medical disputes in Guangdong public hospitals. Conclusion The reasons of the rapid growth of medical disputes in Guangdong public hospitals are profound and complex.We should take comprehensive measures to treat medical disputes to minimize the occurrence level and adverse effects.
