氨溴索治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作40例

摘要 目的探讨氨溴索注射液在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性发作中的治疗作用。方法将COPD急性加重期患者70例分为两组。对照组30例仅给予抗生素及解痉平喘药物治疗,治疗组40例加用氨溴索注射液30mg静脉滴注,连用7d。结果两组治疗7d时症状均较治疗前有所好转,但总有效率治疗组(80.00%)较对照组(63.33%)明显要高(P<0.05)。结论氨溴索可有效改善COPD急性加重期患者的症状。
