摘要
土壤腐蚀是埋地管道钢腐蚀失效的主要模式之一,开展埋地管道土壤腐蚀研究,将有效地保障管道的安全运行.阐述了埋地管道土壤腐蚀原理,并从现场实测技术、土壤腐蚀综合性评价、室内模拟试验及电化学测试、腐蚀数据处理、腐蚀产物分析等几个方面综述了土壤腐蚀研究方法.这些方法对于探讨管道土壤腐蚀机理、研究腐蚀行为和规律、判断土壤腐蚀性和建立描述腐蚀行为的模型等方面发挥了重要的作用.
Soil corrosion is one mostly type of pipeline corrosion failure. Research on soil corrosion for buried pipeline is important to ensure pipeline operation safely. The theory of electrochemical corrosion of pipeline, and some methods for research on soil corrosion, such as site-tests, evaluation of soil corrosion, simulating experiment and electrochemical testing, corrosion data, and corrosion product analysis were summarized. These methods played an important role in the discussion of corrosion mechanism, research of corrosion behavior and laws, estimation of soil corrosiveness, and modeling of corrosion behavior.
