摘要
论文以参观学习新加坡图书馆的体会和感受,阐述了新加坡图书馆人性化服务的理念、环境和方式,对如何学习和借鉴国际上图书馆的先进经验进行了思考。
Based on some thoughts and feelings during the visit to Singapore libraries,this paper illustrates the notion, the environment and the method of humanitarian service in Singapore libraries and gives some ideas on how to get the advanced experience from international libraries.
