摘要
在分析大流量快动控制阀先导阀工作原理的基础上,建立了先导阀的数学模型,并利用AMESim进行动态仿真,分析了先导阀的流量特性和变参对先导阀分合闸的影响,为先导阀的结构优化提供理论依据,对控制阀的研制具有指导意义。
The mathematic model of the priority valve of high flow and fast valve was built based on the analysis of its working principle. Dynamical simulation was carried out by using AMESim software. Flow characteristics and variable parameter of priority valve were analysed, it provides a theoretical basis for optimization of valve structure. It offers a guidance to the development of control valve.
