摘要
采用苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂、去离子水和液体分散剂进行砂磨,制备耐晒整理剂,并对聚酯织物进行耐晒整理。通过正交试验,分析了整理剂浓度、处理温度和处理时间等三个主要因素对整理效果的影响,确定的一步法工艺为:整理剂浓度2.5%(owf)、温度130℃、时间50 min;二步法最佳工艺为:整理剂浓度2%(owf)、温度100℃、时间30 min。
Lightfast finish was prepared by grinding benzotriazole ultraviolet absorber, deionized water and liquid dispersant, its application to polyester fabric was carried out. Via orthogonal experiments, major factors of the concentration of the lightfast finish,finishing temperature and time were analyzed, and optimum process was determined as follows： lightfast agent 2.5% （owf） ,curing at 130℃; for .50 minutes for one step method,and lightfast agent 2 % （owf） ,curing at 100℃ for 30 minutes for two-step method.
