大跨度斜拉桥混凝土索塔钢锚箱空间有限元分析研究 被引量:15

Analysis of 3D Finite Element Models for Concrete Pylon Steel-anchor-box in Long-span Cable-stayed Bridge

摘要 结合国内某连岛工程大跨度斜拉桥,介绍了其索塔钢锚箱的构造特点,同时采用空间有限元方法对其混凝土索塔钢锚箱节段模型进行仿真计算分析以及结构受力分析,指出了索塔锚固区的应力分布特点。结果表明:钢锚箱虽然板件较多,但整体性能好,索力传递流畅,该结构部分区域存在一定程度的应力集中,在1.7倍设计荷载作用下,结构的承载力满足设计要求,并具有一定的安全储备。最后给出仿真计算的主要成果,研究结果对于斜拉桥索塔锚固区设计具有一定的参考作用。 The structure and stress distribution of the anchorage zone on pylon of long-span cable-stayed bridge are extremely complex. Based on the model of concrete pylon steel-anchor-box in cable-stayed bridge, the configuration character of the anchorage zone was introduced. In combination with finite element method, the stress distribution features analysis and the simulation analysis of the zone were carried out. The results show that (1) although there are a lot of slabs, the global behavior of steel-anchor-box is well and the cable force transfers fluently; (2) the areas of stress concentration are fairly localized; (3) the structural performance satisfies the design requirement un- der 1.7 times the design load. The results are of important guidance to the design of anchorage zone on pylon of long -span cable-stayed bridge.
