摘要
研究了实现非圆活塞高精密加工的关键技术,主要是新型非圆活塞加工中心刀架伺服系统采用了多元RE-GMSM作为系统的核心部件。与直线电机驱动系统相比,驱动力大,响应速度快,系统不受环境影响,整个加工系统精度极高。加工中心将多道加工工序集中于一体,提高了活塞加工的精度和效率,是目前解决活塞加工精度及效率问题的创新与突破。
This paper studies the key technology that achieves the high-precision processing of the non-circular Pistons. The new non-circular piston machining center positioning servo system uses multiple GMM as the system core component. And compared with linear motor drive system,this system has large-driving force,fast response,system without environmental impact,and the whole processing system has high precision. Multi-channel processing concentrated in a single machine,further improve the accuracy and efficiency and successfully resolved the pistons processing accuracy and efficiency issues. So it is the innovation and breakthrough on the current pistons solve machining accuracy and efficiency issues.
