摘要
农业技术国际转移有利于充分利用全球农业资源,提高农业资源的利用效率,实现农业资源的更有效配置。作者在分析我国农业水土资源要素禀赋的基础上,通过对我国农业技术国际转移过程中资源要素流动的分析,着重从虚拟水、农产品净贸易实际耕地占用量、农业资源综合承载力等方面,分析了我国农业技术转移的生态环境效应。据此,提出具有针对性的利于我国生态环境保护,符合可持续发展战略的农业技术对外转移竞争策略。
The international transfer of agricultural technology can fully exploit the global agricultural resources, improve the utilization efficiency of agricultural resources and achieve more effective allocation. Based on the analysis of China's factor endowment in terms of water and land resources in agriculture, this paper, in light of the international flow of China's resources factors, analyzes the ecological environmental effect on China's agricultural technology transfer, focusing on virtual water, agricultural farmland actual net trade volume, the integrated carrying capacity of agricultural resources and so on. Accordingly, the paper brings out China's corresponding agricultural technology transfer strategy which leads to sustainable development, benefiting China's environmental protection.
