摘要
结合电池检测过程的控制要求以及PLC和触摸屏的特点,设计了高速电池验电机的控制系统,完成控制系统的硬件设计和软件设计。实现了检测数据的自动采集、处理、统计和查询。整个控制系统交互性能好、可靠性高、抗干扰能力强。
Consider of the controlling requirement in the testing process and the character of PLC and PT, design the control system of high-speed battery testing machine,accomplish the destgn oJ software and hardware.Achieved to automatic collection,processing,statistics and querying of testing data.The whole controlling system is excellent in the interactive performance,the reliability and the anti-interference ability.
