摘要
目的探讨我国汉族人群G蛋白β3亚单位(GNF3)基因825C/T多态性与原发性高血压之间的联系。方法检索国内有关GNF3基因825C/T多态性与原发性高血压关系的文献,进行Meta分析。结果以CC基因型为暴露因素,CT/TT基因型合并为非暴露因素,合并OR值为0.79,95%CI为(0.66,0.94),P<0.01;以TT基因型为暴露因素,CT/CC基因型合并为非暴露因素,合并OR值为1.14,95%CI为(0.93,1.14),P>0.05。结论我国汉族人群GNF3基因825C/T多态性与原发性高血压存在关联,CC基因型可能是原发性高血压的保护因素。
Objective To study the relationship of 825C/T polymorphism of G - protein β3 subunit gene extron 10 to essential hypertension (EH) in Han Chinese population by meta - analysis. Methods Pooled OR valUe and OR 95% CI were calculated to investigate relationship of GNF3 825 C/T to essential hypertension by searching domestic and international literatures, and quantitative assessment was performed by Meta - analysis on RevMan 4. 2 software. Results Taking CC genotypes as exposed factors, CT/TT genotypes merged into non - exposed factors, pooled OR value = 0.79, and 95% CI (0. 66, 0. 94 ) ( P 〈 0.01 ) ;TT genotypes as exposed factors, CT/CC genotypes merged into non - exposed factors, pooled OR value = 1.14, and 95% CI (0. 93, 1.14) ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Condusion There is a correlation between GNF3 gene 825 C/T polymorphism and essential hypertension in Han Chinese population. CC genotypes may be the protective factors of essential hypertension.
