摘要
本文回顾了近两年来痔上黏膜环形切除钉合术(PPH)治疗痔疮的相关文献,对PPH的适应证、禁忌证和治疗进展进行总结,展示了PPH安全、有效的特点和接近治疗预期效果、提高患者生活质量的优势,值得临床推广应用。
This paper reviews relevant literatures on procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids （PPH） over the past two years and makes a summary of progress in indications, contraindications and treatment, displaying the safe and effective characteristics of PPH, its treatment effect close to expected results and the advantages of improving patients＇ life quality. It is worthy of clinical application.
