摘要
目的对比单纯肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)与TACE联合甘露聚糖肽治疗中晚期肝癌的临床效果。方法96例中晚期肝癌患者分为两组,A组:48例行单纯TACE治疗;B组:48例行甘露聚糖肽+TACE治疗,比较两组病人的疗效及毒副作用。结果总有效率:A组为39.6%,B组为55.4%;一年存活率A组为39.6%,B组为55.8%;A组主要副作用为轻至中度的白细胞下降、肝功能损害等,B组主要副作用为发热、轻度的白细胞下降和肝功能损害等。结论B组的疗效明显优于A组,甘露聚糖肽联合TACE是治疗中晚期肝癌的疗效显著的方法之一,副作用较少,改善了患者的肝功能,值得推广。
Objective To compare the curative effect of TACE and TACE combined with mannatide injection in treating the patients with hepatic cancer at intermediate - advanced stage. Methods .96 cases with hepatic cancer at intermediate - advanced stage were di- vided into 2 groups： Group A （ n = 48） and Group B （ n = 48） ; only TACE was performed to patients in Group A, TACE combined with maddatide injection were given to patients in Group B ; the curativc effect and the side - effect were studied. Results The total effective rate of Group A was 39.6% while that of Group B was 55.4% ; the survival rate of Group A was 39.6% while that of Group B was 55.8%; the main sideeffects in Group A were light to medium leucopenia and hepatic function damage while those in Group B were fever, light leucopenia and hepatic function damage, the curative effect in Group A was much superior to that in Group B. Conclusions TACE combined with maddatide injection is effective in treating intermedium - advanced hepatic cancer with less side - effects and can improve the hepatic function of the patients.
