摘要
青鱼Ｍｙｌｏｐｈａｒｙｎｇｏｄｏｎｐｉｃｅｕｓ（Ｒｉｃｈａｒｄｓｏｎ）是我国淡水养殖业中的“四大家鱼”之一（也是我国特产），它生活在水的中下层并以螺蛳、蚬、蚌等为主要食物．因此它的味觉器官味蕾的分布、数量、结构与功能，和生活在水的中上层并以浮游植物和浮游动物为主要饵料的鲢、鳙的滤食器官的结构与功能有所不同．主要报道青鱼味觉器官的分布与功能之间关系的研究结果．
Mylopharyngodon piceus (Richardson) is the one of “the four large domestic fishes” in the freshwater breeding.It′s the specific product in China.It lives in the mid central levels of water.It mainly feeds on Spiral shells, Corbicula fluminea and Freshwater mussels.So its distribution,quantity,structure and function of the Gustatory organtaste bud are different from the structure and function of the filtering apparatus of Silver carp and Bighed carp which live in the mid upper levels of water and mainly feed on Plant plankton and Animal plankton. This paper is the study result of the relationship between the distribution and function of the Gustatory organ of Mylopharyngodon piceus (Richardson).
