摘要
简要复习了有关颅脑创伤(TB I)的基础与临床的一些近况,对其流行病学、病理生理、诊断新法、预后及救治作了简述,其中对脑缺血、钙超载、脑肿胀、轴索损伤等影响预后的因素作了介绍。
A series of advance in basic and clinical research of traumatic brain injury（TBI） is reviewed, including its epidemiology, pathophysiology, new diagnostic methods, prognosis and treatment. The influencing factors of the prognosis are introduced, such as the change of focal cerebral ischemia Ca^2 ＋ ion, brain swelling, axonal injury, etc .
