摘要
对５１份烤烟和５７份晒烟材料的总糖、还原糖、总氮、蛋白质、烟碱、糖碱比和总粒相物等７个化学成份测试结果进行分析，结果表明：烤烟的糖类物质和糖碱比比晒烟高，而晒烟的总氮、蛋白质、烟碱含量高于烤烟，两类烟草总粒相物含量相近，晒烟在所有性状上具有较广泛的变异性；烤烟在所测７个化学成份中绝大多数具有极显著的相关性，而晒烟化学成份之间具有显著相关性的相对少一些；逐步回归分析结果表明，烤烟中对总粒相物影响最大的为总糖和糖碱比，而晒烟则为总糖和蛋白质，通过对一、二种化学成份的测定可以较好地预测总粒相物的含量；聚类分析表明，烤烟材料可以较好地归为两类，晒烟材料则有相当部分难以归类。这些结果对于在卷烟叶组配方中提高产品安全性，更好地利用现有材料具有重要参考价值。
Seven chemical components, total sugar (TS), reducing sugar(RS),total nitrogen (TN), protein(P),nicotine(NIC),sugar/nicotine(S/NIC)and TPM,were detected with 51 flue cured and 57 sun cured leaf tobaccos. Flue cured tobacco has higher TS, RS and S/NIC contents, and lower TN,P and NIC contents than sun cuerd tobacco. The two types of tobacco has similar TPM contents. Th sun cured tobacco has higher C.V.and wider range than The flue cured tobacco in all the characteristics. Most correlation coeffecients are significant at 0.01 probability level in The flue cured tobacco,which are more than The sun cured tobacco.The results of stepwise regressions show that the most important factors to TPM are TS and S/NIC in the flue cured tobacco, and TS and P in the sun cured tobacco,which may be used to predict TPM with the equations. Most of the flue cured tobaccos which are classed into two groups through cluster analysis, however,there are a lot of the sun cured tobaccos which are not classed into groups. The results in the studies can give important reference for improving safety and usability of leaf tobacco in proceeding.
