摘要
螺杆泵因适用于输送高黏、磨蚀性流体而在稠油冷采中得到广泛应用。在热采环境下,常规螺杆泵衬套是橡胶制品,显现出高温不适应性。金属螺杆泵能有效抵制这些不良反应。分析了金属螺杆泵方案的可行性及液压成型原理;讨论了不同转速、压差、流体粘度下泵的效率曲线,为在不同工况下选择金属螺杆泵提供参考。
Screw pump was used widely in high conglutination and abrasion fluid when used in cold recovery of heavy oil. Stator of conventional screw pump is made of rubber. It appears its inelasticity in high temperature when used in hot recovery. The metal screw pump can resist this badness response effectively. The feasibility of metal screw pump and the formation principle has been analyzed. The effective curve of screw pump has been discussed under different rotate speed, difference pressure and fluid viscidity. It could offer reference for the work condition.
