摘要
本文针对目前我国中小企业信息化管理中面临的诸多问题,从信息技术采纳的角度分析了SaaS软件的特点与应用。从中小企业信息化管理中的流程重组、客户服务、资源规划等方面着手,重点研究基于SaaS软件服务的中小企业信息化管理新模式。
In the process of China＇s SME information management problems, This paper analyzes the features and application of SaaS from the perspective of information technology adoption. It focuses on the new model of SME information management based on SaaS software services, from the aspects of process reengineering, customer service and resource planning in small-and medium-sized enterprises.
