摘要
中国高等教育大众化背景下,以前那种人才培养模式已经远远不能适应现在形势发展的需要。本文在分析问题的基础上,就如何创新人才培养模式进行了探讨。
Under the background of popular of higher education, previous talent training pattern can＇t meet the needs of situation. Based on analyzing the problems in it, the article discusses how to innovate talents training pattern.
