摘要
黄精多糖是黄精的有效药用成分,其具有免疫调节、抗菌、抗衰老等生理活性,本文就黄精多糖的化学组成、含量测定、提取分离、主要生理活性及其在食品工业中的发展前景做了简要综述,以便为以后的学习和研究提供参考。
The polysaccharide extracted from Polyonatum sibiricum Red, an important component of Polygonatum sibiricum Red, has various medical functions. Polygonatum sibiricum polysaccharides has many medical functions such as： immunological activity, anti - tumor activity, anti - aging and so on. To offer references for the future study and research, this article summarizes the advance research of composition, detection, extraction, physiological activity and the foreground of polygonatum sibiricum polysaccharides in food industry.
