Five cyclodipeptides: cyclo Leu Ile, cyclo Val Leu, cyclo Ala Val, cyclo Ala Ile, cyclo Ala Leu,were isolated from bacteria 110 from the South China Sea. Their structures were elucidated based on the data of FABMS, NMR and amino acid analysis. In addition to six compounds including five fluorescent compounds,three of which have antibacterial activity were also isolated. The elucidation of structures is in progress.
