摘要
采用改性石蜡代替天然蜂蜡，对汽车上光蜡的配方进行了改性研究。分别考察了自制乳化剂和增稠剂及其质量分数以及乳化工艺条件（如乳化温度、乳化时间、搅拌速度）对乳化蜡性能的影响。结果表明，以石蜡和改性石蜡为原料，采用自制的复合乳化剂，其用量为2．1％～2．5％（质量分数），增稠剂用量为2．9％～3．4％（质量分数），在乳化温度85℃、乳化时间40min、搅拌速度为1000r／min的工艺条件下，制成的乳化蜡产品呈半透明白色乳液，略带蓝光，中性，放置60d以上仍呈现良好的稳定性。以该乳化蜡作为汽车上光蜡的原料，其中石蜡和改性石蜡的含量在15％～20％（质量分数），同时配以其他表面活性剂、光亮剂和其他助剂制备出汽车用乳化上光蜡。该产品使清洗上光和打蜡一步完成，使用方便，效果良好。
The modified paraffin wax, instead of the natural bee wax, has been used for the modification of automobile polish wax. The influence of the mass fraction of serf- prepared emulsifier and thickener and the emulsification process, such as temperature, time and agitate speed on the emulsified wax performance were investigated separately. The results indicated that with the paraffin wax and the modified paraffin wax as raw materials, the mass fraction of the compound emulsifier was 2. 1% - 2.5 % （wt） and the mass fraction of the thickener was 2.9% - 3.4% （wt） , emulsification temperature 85 ℃ for 40 min, and agitate speed 1 000 r/min. The emulsified wax pro.duct was a semi -transparant milk emulsion with blue tone. The storage statility of product up to 60 d. This emulsified wax was used as the raw material of automobile polish wax, which contained paraffin wax and the modified paraffin wax at 15% -20% （wt）. The emulsified auto- mobile polish wax was prepared by adding some other surfactants, polishing agent and other additives. This product could combine cleaning, polishing and waxing at the same time and operate easily with good effects.
