摘要
文章研究了黑龙江省第一积温带5个主栽品种生育后期剑叶叶绿素含量、净光合速率和硝酸还原酶(Nitrate Reductase,NR)活性的变化规律。结果表明,产量高的品种其生育后期剑叶叶绿素含量、光合速率和NR活性均高于产量低的品种,品种间差异显著。因此,将剑叶生育后期叶绿素含量、净光合速率和NR活性作为寒地粳稻高光效育种和超高产育种中的一项生理选育指标是可行的。
The change rules of chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate and nitrate reductase activity in flag leaf after full heading stage of five varieties with different yield levels in the First Accumulated Temperature Zone of Heilongjiang Province were studied in this experiment. The results showed that the chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate and nitrate reductase activity in flag leaf of varieties of high yield were higher than those of the varieties of low yield and had great difference in these varieties. So chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate and nitrate reductase activity in flag leaf after full heading stage of different varieties as indicators in breeding of high photosynthetic efficiency and super high yield of Japonica rice were useful in cold region.
