摘要
在知识密集型企业中,员工之间的冲突是不可避免的,采用以消除员工冲突为目标的传统人力资源管理办法,并不一定合乎知识密集型企业的发展方向。通过单一代理人模型,对知识密集型企业员工产生冲突行为的期望与约束条件进行了规划并分析其最优化过程。将代理人扩展到两个类型,对员工间的冲突行为进行了进一步的研究。以静态博弈的方法,由简单到复杂,将代理人的类型扩展为多类型、多策略博弈关系,来逐步分析,为员工的冲突管理机制提供可行性理论依据。通过数学模型的推导与构建,在理论上形成一个冲突与管理机制的基本框架。
In the knowledge-intensive service business, the conflictions between the employees are un-avoided. The traditional way that wants to eliminate the confliction would be not fit to the orient of the KIBS development. In the essay, we have display an opinion that keep a comparable extent level confliction between the employees in the interior of enterprise, to some extent, would give more motivation to the enterprise, and would prompt the innovational spirit and entrepreneurial spirit of the enterprise, and will push the enterprise go ahead. Firstly, the essay discussion the Single-commission Mechanics, and give some interpretations to the module. Secondly, we emphasis on the usage of the module, and enlarge the module into two types. Thirdly, we apply the game theory on the thesis, on which give a depth analysis from the simply situations to the complex situations. All in all, the essay makes a foundational analysis construction to the employee' confliction and management mechanics through the reason and construction of algebra module.
